My speeches give an insight to the knowledge I gained through practising acrobatics.
A handstand is an extreme physical state. It requires complete control of the body as well as well as the recognition of where my limits are.
In order to be able to work as a handbalancer in the long run I need to be disciplined as well as respecting the fragility of my body.
While performing an acrobatic choreography and balancing on my hands I explain how important it is to keep the balance between strength and weakness.
Which areas does a handstand speech cover?
sustainability | change of perspective | skill development | work-life balance | holistic growth within your organisation | recognising a weakness as a strength
Maintaining health and fitness at the workplace The Swiss company Migros supports the health of their employees by offering physiotherapy and training in order to prevent back pain and injuries caused by bad posture. As part of this initiative I held an acrobatic speech about the strengths and weaknesses of the body.
It is all about the perspective – The German charity Diakonie supports people with disabilities on their way in life. As part of the anniversary of the organisation I held an acrobatic speech about how my career as a handbalancer was made possible by the many people who supported me and believed in my dreams.
