The handstand training is a fitness routine that involves every muscle in the body. It strengthens your determination to set goals for yourself and work towards achieving them.
My handstand workshops and seminars are for everyone who would like to learn to do a handstand or improve their skills.
My participants have various backgrounds, some are circus artists, cross fitters, acro-yogis or people who just enjoy practising acrobatics in their free time.
A handstand seminar usually consists of two four hour sessions throughout two days and is hosted in different locations. I will explain training methods, different handstand shapes as well as stretching and conditioning exercises.
